WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Return Policy for Non-Defective Products

• Return Window: All non-defective products accepted for return must be shipped within thirty (30) days of receipt by House of Worship Sound and Graphics of the corresponding Return Authorization (RA) form(s).

• Condition Requirements: Returned products must be undamaged and in new, resalable condition. They must be in clean, intact, unopened packaging with all original components, peripherals, documentation, and hardware. Open packaging may incur an additional restocking fee.

• Inspection Process: Returned products will be inspected by House of Worship Sound and Graphics or its designee(s) before issuing credit. If items are not in A-stocking resale condition, an additional restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund.

• Non-Returnable Items:

• Non-stock items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer or resold

• Obsolete or discontinued items

• Special-order items, including custom-modified products

• Specially manufactured items

• Items purchased on promotion or special pricing

 

Return Policy for Defective Products

• Authorization: To request a return for defective products, please contact customer service at chadslade@outlook.com with the item number(s), quantity, original invoice number(s), and purchase date(s).

• Warranty Period: Requests must be received within the warranty period from the invoice date of each defective product. Approval is at the sole discretion of House of Worship Sound and Graphics.

• Packaging and Shipping: All returned products must be protected against damage and shipped in their original packaging. House of Worship Sound and Graphics is not responsible for additional damage due to shipping. Any claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier by the Authorized Dealer.

4. Do you offer warranties on your products and installations?

House of Worship Sound and Graphics provides a 3-month warranty on all installations, covering any issues related to our installation work. For product warranties, we offer coverage only through the manufacturer’s warranty, which addresses any product defects or issues specified by the manufacturer. For assistance with warranty claims, please refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines or contact us for support.
