MISSION STATEMENT
The vision of the Carolina Worship Tech Conference is to see church tech teams across the Carolinas trained with excellence, strengthened in purpose, and united in community—so that every church, regardless of size, is supported by confident, prepared, and spiritually grounded teams who serve faithfully behind the scenes.
Welcome to the Carolina Worship Tech Conference
Welcome — and thank you for being here.
My name is Chad Slade, and I serve churches across the Carolinas through House of Worship Sound & Graphics. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside worship pastors, sound techs, media teams, livestream operators, and volunteers who faithfully serve week after week — often behind the scenes, often unseen.
This conference will exists to create space for both learning and renewal. We believe tech ministry is ministry not just buttons, cables, and screens, but preparation, excellence, and service that helps remove distractions and point people to Jesus. That’s why CWT is designed as a training summit and spiritual retreat, built specifically for churches of all sizes.
Here, you’ll find practical training you can actually use, honest conversations about real challenges, and spiritual encouragement to remind you why you serve. Whether you’re a seasoned tech leader or a volunteer learning as you go, you belong here.
Thank you for your willingness to serve your church with excellence and humility. My prayer is that when you leave this conference, you’ll feel more confident in your skills, more grounded in your calling, and reminded that what you do matters even when no one sees it.
I’m honored you’re here, and I look forward to growing and learning together.
Grace and peace,
Chad Slade
